Refund & Return Policy (Kuwait Consumer Protection)

This policy is in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its executive regulations.

Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, provided the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

• All original tags must be attached

• The item must be in its original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Methods

Customers may return items by delivering them to Sky Bright Kuwait Company. Please contact us to obtain the address during working hours:
Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

If the customer prefers collection from their address, a delivery company collection fee will apply. This fee must be paid in advance before the driver is dispatched.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair if the item is:

• Defective

• Damaged upon delivery

• Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

• Items purchased during sales or promotional discounts

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

Customers wishing to exchange an item may contact us for assistance. Once the returned item is received and approved, the customer may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify the customer of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

If the refund is not received within 15 business days from approval, customers may contact us for assistance.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any rights guaranteed to consumers under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.
